For kids, our tutus are available in Medium, which is suitable for 3-8-year-olds. Our adult tutus come in Large, XL, and XXL.

Shipping
Our order processing time is 1-2 business days. Everything we sell is ready to ship. We ship Monday through Friday from Ohio. Once shipped, your package will most likely be delivered in 2-6 days.
RUSH SHIPPING: Rush shipments received before 1:00 p.m. EST are usually shipped out same business day via USPS Priority Mail. Priority mail takes 1-3 days in transit depending on how far you live from Ohio.

Returns and Exchanges
An item is only eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in the original condition (not worn or washed). Items must be returned in the original packing. If items are not in the original condition, Sydney So Sweet has the right to refuse the return and/or charge a restocking (repackaging) fee.

Is there a charge to return an item
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.Can I exchange for a different size or color?
If you would like to order a different size, color, or product, please return the unwanted item(s) and then place a new order online. We do not offer exchanges.
How do I change or cancel my order
We ship orders out quickly, sometimes within hours of your order being placed. For this reason, we are unable to change or edit an order after it has been submitted.
