    HOW DO I PARTICIPATE IN A COMMENT SOLD SALE?

    • Follow us and join us on Facebook every Wednesday at 1 PM est.
    • Or Download our app - Shop Sydney So Sweet available on Apple and Android
    • The Live video will appear at the top of our Facebook page!
    • Tune into the Live, follow Jenna's directions on how to comment.
    • To buy, you will want to comment: Sold, #, Size
      • Sold
      • # is the identifier number showing on the screen
      • Size is the size you need typed exactly as showing above
    • Once you comment correctly, you will get a message in your Facebook Messenger from us with a link. 
    • Click the link, and it will take you to your Sydney So Sweet Comment Sold Cart.
    • You can checkout with Credit Card, PayPal or Sezzle! 
    • We will then work hard to get your order shipped out as soon as possible.
    • The sale ends the next day at 7 am est. The prices will then change back to original price and be placed back on the website.

    HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO CHECKOUT?

    • Carts are 2 hours long, if not, we will make an announcement.
    • This means once you comment for an item, you have 2 hours to checkout.
    • You can watch the whole sale and then checkout with plenty of time left.
    • DO NOT checkout each time you comment for an item.

    WHEN DOES THE SALE END?

    • The sale ends the next day at 7 AM est. The prices will go back to original and the items will return back on the website.

    ARE ITEMS RETURNABLE? 

    • Items are final sale for Comment Sold orders. 
    • With the discounted price, after a return label price, the customer would break even or even lose money. Therefore, all sales are final.

    ONCE I CHECKOUT, AM I GUARANTEED TO RECEIVE ALL MY ITEMS?

    • Our goal is for you to receive all the items you ordered in a timely manner.
    • However, the Comment Sold app is subject to oversell mistakes.
    • This occurs when two people checkout at exactly the same time which causes some refunds to happen.
    • If an item oversells, you will be refunded to the original payment.

    ONCE I PAY SHIPPING THE FIRST TIME, DO I HAVE TO PAY IT AGAIN IF I PLACE A NEW ORDER?

    • We allow a 2 hour window for you to add items to your original order. The "Free Shipping" window lasts for 2 hours after you pay shipping. After the 2 hours is up, a new shipping fee is applied. We will not override it, so please don't message and ask.
    • For Comment Sold orders, there is a $6.99-$8.99 shipping fee EACH TIME YOU CHECKOUT even if a waitlist item becomes available later that day after the 2 hour window has expired.

    WHAT'S A WAITLIST ITEM?

    • If the inventory has already been claimed by other shoppers but you commented for it, you will be waitlisted for the item.
    • This means that if one of the shoppers who claimed it does not checkout, the next person on the waitlist is given the opportunity to buy the item.
    • You will get notification if you are next up on the list.

    IF A WAITLIST ITEM BECOMES AVAILABLE MORE THAN 2 HOURS AFTER I FIRST CHECKED OUT, DO I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING AGAIN?

    • Yes, you must pay the shipping charge EACH TIME YOU CHECKOUT. We are unable to refund shipping on Comment Sold.

    I DON'T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT. WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

    • PayPal is a credit card processor. You DON'T need to have a PayPal account to checkout.
    • You will click the PayPal button then enter your credit card.
    • You can also checkout with PayPal if you have an account/balance.
    • You can choose Sezzle and pay over time with 4 payments.

    DO I HAVE TO WATCH THE WHOLE COMMENT SOLD?

    • To get the first opportunity of the items, join us at 1 PM est and watch the actual Live.
    • If you cannot join us then, you can rewatch the Live when it is posted and comment/buy until the next morning at 7 am est.
    • On rare occasions we post the Comment Sold Collection to our site which can be found at this link --> Comment Sold Collection 

    I JUST TUNED IN, HOW CAN I GO BACK?

    • You will have to wait until the actual Live sale ends.
    • It will be posted to our page then, and you can rewatch and comment until 7 am EST the next day.
    • The product list is activated after the Live ends, so you can also shop the product list to see what's left.

    ARE THERE ANY RULES OF ETIQUETTE?

    • We ask that you do not comment for every single item. 
    • Do not hoard up your carts with no intention of checking out or only checking out with 1 or 2 items.
    • If you know you are no longer wanting to purchase the item, please remove it from your cart immediately.
    • If you do not want a waitlist item that just became available for you, please decline so the next person can get a chance.
    • DO NOT just let your cart expire. When you know you aren't checking out, cancel it.
    • These rules are set into place, so everyone can have an equal opportunity at the items. We just ask that you shop and be respectful to others as you would want them to be towards you.
