To keep prices low and operations smooth, all wholesale, resale, or bulk orders are subject to the following:

1. Shipping Charges Apply:
   Orders we consider wholesale, B2B, or for resale will be invoiced for actual shipping costs.
   This includes customers who resell on Facebook, social platforms, or in a brick-and-mortar shop.
   Free shipping does not apply to wholesale or bulk orders.

2. No Sweet Rewards:
   B2B/large order customers are not eligible for Sweet Rewards points or benefits.

3. Item Substitution Policy:
   If an item is out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value for wholesale/resale orders.

4. Restocking Fee:
   Canceled wholesale orders already in progress or with unpaid freight charges after 2 days will incur a 20% restocking fee.
