Are all your products currently in stock?

While some sizes may be sold out, everything else that we display on our site is in stock now.

Are there any special discounts I can get?

There are a few ways to get discounts on our products:

  • The occasional store-wide sale
  • Clearance items offered all year round
  • Refer a friend to give them a 15% off coupon and get yourself a $5 discount
  • Earn sweet points to get discounts

The last two perks are only available to members, so make sure to join us if you’d like to get them!

Can I change my order after submitting it?

Please double-check your order before submitting! We cannot accommodate changes at this time as we ship orders out quickly, sometimes within hours of your order submission.


How long will it take to receive my order?

We process your order within 1-2 business days if you choose our standard shipping option. Once shipped, your package should arrive within 2-6 days.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes we do! Select the rush shipping option at checkout and we’ll ship by USPS priority mail, which should take 1-3 days to arrive. Not only that – if you make your rush order between 1:00 p.m. EST, we’ll usually make your shipment on the same business day.

Will I get a tracking number for my shipment?

Yes. You will receive a USPS tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

What do I do if my order was damaged when I got it?

Report the damaged item(s) within 5 days of receiving your order by emailing us at info@sydneysosweet.com with details.

Can I return my item(s)?

Most items in their original condition can be returned within 10 days of purchase. We define original condition as unworn, unwashed and stored in its original packing. If the condition is not quite new, we may refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.

We do not accept returns on:

  • Final sale items (prices end in .99)
  • Holiday items, if the holiday has already passed
  • Swimsuits without tags and/or liner still attached

When you do make a return, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and the original shipping charge will not be refunded.

Expect to receive your refund at your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Can I exchange my item(s)?

We don’t offer exchanges. If you’d like to make a different order, please return the product and order the new item(s) separately.
