    Are all of your products currently in stock?

    Yes! Everything shown on our site is in stock and ready to ship—unless a size is marked as sold out.

    • Kids' items ship from our Ohio warehouse

    • Women’s items usually ship from our California warehouse

    • Graphics may ship from one of our multiple print partners across the U.S.

    We ship quickly—often within hours—so we’re unable to make changes once your order is placed. Please double-check your cart before submitting!

    How long will it take to receive my order?

    Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
    Once shipped, standard delivery takes 2–6 business days via USPS.

    Do you offer expedited shipping?

    Yes! Choose Rush Shipping at checkout:

    • Shipped via USPS Priority Mail

    • Delivery in 1–3 business days

    • Orders placed by 1:00 p.m. EST usually ship same day

    Will I get a tracking number?

    Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a USPS tracking number by email.

    🔁 Returns & Exchanges

    What if my order was damaged when I received it?

    Please email us at info@sydneysosweet.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a description (or photo) of the damage.

    Can I return my item(s)?

    Yes—most items can be returned within 10 days if they’re:

    • Unworn

    • Unwashed

    • In original packaging

    ❗We do not accept returns on:

    • Final sale items (ending in .99)

    • Holiday items if the holiday has passed

    • Swimsuits without the original tags and liner attached

    Please note: Return shipping is your responsibility and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
    Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

    Can I exchange my item(s)?

    We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like something else, please:

    1. Return your original item

    2. Place a new order separately

    Are your tutus itchy?

    Ours use soft waistbands/linings—no scratchy tulle.

    How do I wash a tutu?

    Hand wash cool, lay flat; a low-iron steam helps fluff.
