SHIPPING TIME

• Our order processing time is usually 1-2 business days if you choose our standard shipping option. Everything we sell is ready to ship. We ship Monday through Friday from Ohio. Once shipped, your package will most likely be delivered in 4-8 days. 
• RUSH SHIPPING: Rush shipments received before 12:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday are usually shipped out the same business day via USPS Priority Mail. Orders received over the weekend are shipped out on Monday.
• Priority mail usually takes 2-3 business days in transit depending on how far you live from Ohio. We guarantee that we will ship it on time, and that we will choose priority mail. After it ships, the post office is responsible for delivery, and they do not guarantee priority mail delivery times. 
• If you need your order rushed, you MUST choose this option at checkout. Rush shipping cannot be added once the order has been submitted.
• We currently do not offer overnight shipping.
• Shipping Insurance: We currently offer Route Shipping Insurance which can be purchased at check out. If you decline the insurance, and your package is subsequently lost by the post office, we will not be held responsible. If you do purchase the insurance and your package is lost, you can easily file a claim with Route. 

STANDARD SHIPPING:  

• Most orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
• Transit time is usually 4-8 days depending on how far you live from Ohio.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

• Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package through the USPS website (usps.com).
