Here are 10 ideas for packing healthy lunches for your kids in 2023:
Make a sandwich with whole grain bread, turkey or chicken breast, avocado, and lettuce. Add a side of carrot sticks or cherry tomatoes for crunch.
Pack a bento box with a serving of whole grain pasta, grilled chicken or tofu, steamed broccoli, and a piece of fruit.
Try a wrap made with a whole grain tortilla, hummus, diced cucumbers, and sprouts. Include a side of pretzels and a small container of yogurt.
Make a salad with mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, diced cucumbers, and grilled chicken or tofu. Include a small container of dressing and a serving of whole grain crackers on the side.
